We process orders very quickly and we have recently switched our courier meaning delivery times are quicker than ever. We will process and ship your order the same day if placed before 2pm, orders placed after this will be shipped the following day with the shipping time provided at checkout depending on your location/

Yes, please select on your chosen product the box that asks "Is this a gift?" it will then direct you to add your own personalised message to them that will arrive with your flowers on a luxurious gold-foiled Flower Box branded card.

No invoice is sent with any order - we also make sure to send in a discreet cardboard box so no surprises are made before opening the box.

We are currently working with international couriers to make the international shipping cost lower. We are aware our pricing isn’t the best for you all and we’re working very hard to make this more cost effective due to the large boxes they need to be shipped in.
