We will process and ship your order the same day if placed before 1pm, orders placed after this will be shipped the following day with the shipping time provided at checkout depending on your location, with DPD or FedEx for international shipments.

Do not leave your preserved roses in direct sunlight as the colour may fade in due time. No water, or humid environments.

Our forever flowers may need dusting time-to-time, as they're made from silks and velvet materials. No further care is needed!

No invoice is sent with any order - we also make sure to send in a discreet cardboard box so no surprises are made before opening your flower delivery.

Our courier is FEDEX for all international shipments outside of the UNITED KINGDOM.
