ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE SENT WITHIN 1-3 DAYS.

Our items are hand-made so please expect this time-frame along with your delivery time at checkout.

We process orders very quickly and we have recently switched our courier meaning delivery times are quicker than ever. Please be aware during busy periods, expect delays due to each individual product being hand-made.

PLEASE NOTE THE TOTAL TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAY PERIODS)

Can I order in another way?

Yes! If you would prefer to speak to someone about placing your order, please email contact@flowerboxco.co or message our Instagram Help team @flowerboxcoofficial This is very suitable to create custom designs.

Can I cancel or change my order that I've just placed?

We process orders very quickly so unfortunatly cancellations cannot be made.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Unfortunately we are unable to process returns for our products as we hand-make every single item.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we can accept a return and exchange your item for another.

Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be covered and you will be responsible for the return shipment cost.

How do I find my tracking number?

Once you have recieved your email to say your order has been dispatched, you will receieve a following email that includes a tracking and reference number. Please email us if you have further question whilst waiting for your tracking.

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes we ship world-wide. Unfortunately our delivery prices may not suit everyone, as they can seem to be high. We’re currently working with couriers to make this more cost effective.
