General Shipping Times and Policy
PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 DAYS TO SHIP ORDERS. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2PM WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT DAY. We use DHL as our main courier for shipments and all our shipments are fully tracked and you will receive a time-slot for your delivery.
Change of address
We are only able to change the address of your order if it is not yet fulfilled. If it already has been fulfilled, we advise that you reach our to the courier provided with your tracking number.
Order Cancellation
Due to the fast nature of our logistics and floral specialists working on orders straight away, we are unable to cancel orders.
How do I find my tracking number?
Once you have recieved your email to say your order has been dispatched, you will receieve a following email that includes a tracking and reference number. Please email us if you have further wuestions whilst waiting for your tracking.
