Rose Arrangements

Due to the nature of all our products being hand-made, the time we have made for the arrangement and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges. In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please send an image over to our email ..... and we will gladly replace it within 14 days.

Novelty gifts and Rose Bears

To be eligable for a return:

1. Product was purchased within the last 14 days 2. Product is unopened and in its original packaging. 3. You have the invoice, receipt or order confirmation with proof of purchase from Flower Box&Co. 4. Product is NOT an arrangement as these are FINAL SALE. 5. Product must be returned within 14 days.

PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A RETURN.
